How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the option selected at checkout.
- Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–3 working days
- Express Tracked Delivery: 1–2 working days

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £50.
This will be automatically applied at checkout once your basket total meets the threshold.
What if my parcel is delayed?
In most cases, deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe.
However, delays can occasionally happen due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our control.

CanI return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us at hello@jamiedogwear.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your request has been received, we will provide full return instructions.
IOnce your return is approved, you will then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us.

What condition do items need to be in for a return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Clean and free from dog hair
- Returned in their original packaging
- With all tags and protective elements still attached
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not returned in a suitable condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, the quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order for the correct product.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received, we aim to inspect it within a few working days.
Refunds are then processed to your original payment method and typically appear within a few working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
