Your Right to Return

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email hello@jamiedogwear.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with full return instructions.

Once your return has been approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Where a return label is provided by us, the cost of return postage may be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, clean and free from dog hair, in their original packaging, and with all labels and protective elements intact.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may take a few working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
